Delete your data
How to request deletion of your personal data from Widdy.
Option 1 — Remove the app (automatic)
If you messaged a business that uses Widdy through Facebook or Instagram, you can remove Widdy's access and we will automatically delete your data:
Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → find the business / Widdy → Remove.
Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → Active → Remove.
Removing access triggers an automatic deletion request. We delete your contact profile, conversations, and messages, and you'll be given a confirmation code to track it below.
Option 2 — Email us
Prefer to ask directly? Email privacy@widdy.app from the address associated with your account, or include the Facebook/Instagram profile you messaged from. We'll process the deletion and confirm by reply.
What we delete
Your contact profile, all conversations and messages, channel identity links, tags, custom fields, notes, automation run history, and any payment records tied to you.
Check a request's status
Enter the confirmation code you were given (starts with DEL-) to see its status.
