By creating an account or using Widdy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Widdy is a multi-channel customer communication platform that allows businesses to manage messaging conversations across connected channels. Access to individual channel features depends on third-party platform policies and API availability.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must not share your account or allow unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Widdy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Widdy to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, violate any applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, or violate the terms of any connected messaging platform.
5. Third-party channels
Widdy acts as a platform to connect your accounts with third-party messaging services. You are responsible for complying with the terms of each connected platform. Widdy is not responsible for changes to or interruptions of third-party services.
6. Data and privacy
Your use of Widdy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
7. Intellectual property
Widdy and its content are owned by Widdy and protected by applicable law. You retain ownership of all content and data you bring into the platform.
8. Disclaimers
Widdy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that messages will be delivered.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Widdy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@widdy.app.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
